Step one
Tracked at intake and exit
Every participant is recorded when they join and followed up at defined milestones afterward — not counted once at the start and quietly forgotten.

Reviewed twice a year
The board reviews program numbers every six months, including the ones that missed target. Those get discussed first, not last.

Reported, not just tallied
Our annual report publishes the methodology behind each figure, so a funder can see how a number was built rather than taking it on faith.
